GrowShare Partners

Background film: A short film: two people meet, they talk through the work, the team builds it, and they end happy that it succeeded.

Meet. Two people sit down. A collaboration starts with a conversation, not a pitch.

Grow together,Earn together.

GrowShare Partners is Julian Szuper’s welcome to anyone who wants to collaborate. Bring a skill, an idea, or a project. You do not need clients to refer. This is not a referral program, and there is no fee to start the conversation.

What this welcome is

Open

Anyone who wants to collaborate is welcome.

Not a referral desk

You are not here to bring projects for a commission.

New York

Julian works from New York, with people anywhere.

The idea

A practice that is open to collaborators.

Julian builds software. He also wants people beside him: designers, developers, operators, founders. The work is the point. Referring clients is not the job.

01

Anyone can start

This is a welcome, not a program. If you want to collaborate, say so. You do not need a client list, a title, or a pitch.

02

You work beside Julian

The point is to sit in the work together: the calls, the decisions, and the thing you are actually making.

03

Terms are written when you decide

There is no referral fee schedule on this site. If you choose to build something together, you agree the work and the money in writing before you start. No fee to talk.

How a collaboration starts

You talk. You decide. Then you write it down.

There is no commission menu and no referral quota. If you both want to work together, you agree the roles and the money before anyone starts.

01

You

Say what you want to collaborate on. A skill, an idea, or a project is enough.

02

A conversation

Julian meets you. You both decide whether the work is a fit. There is no fee.

03

A written start

If you go ahead, roles and money are agreed in writing before the work begins.

The first 90 days

A collaboration that starts by sitting down, not by a client list.

Ninety days is enough to know whether you want to stay in the work together. A paid project is welcome. It is not the test.

  1. 1–14

    Sit down together

The first two weeks are a conversation. You learn how he works, and he learns what you want to make together. No client list is required.

  2. 15–45

Learn the work from the inside

You sit with how projects are scoped. If a client is in the picture, Julian writes every proposal and you stay in the conversation.

  3. 46–90

    Stay, or stop cleanly

By day ninety you are either still sitting in the work together, or you have both decided to stop. A paid project is welcome. It is not the test.

Why staying in the work matters

A single handoff fades. A collaboration compounds.

The useful thing is staying in the work together. Shared projects grow when people keep showing up, not when someone drops off a name and leaves.

Staying in the work A one-time handoff
An illustration, not a rateStartM3M6M9M12M15M18
Illustrative shape only, with no currency on purpose. It assumes one client who pays a first project in two instalments and then orders smaller follow-on work each month. Real clients vary, and many referrals never become a paid project.

Who it's for

Come if you want to collaborate.

Designers, developers, operators, founders. The requirement is that you want to work with Julian. You do not need clients to introduce.

You want to collaborate

The fit is someone who wants to be beside Julian, in the calls and the decisions, not someone looking for a referral fee.

You can give real time

The partnership is a presence. You can make time for conversations during business hours and stay with them.

You are fine without a client list

You do not need a pipeline to belong here. If you know a business owner later, you can introduce them. It is not mandatory.

You can talk before you commit

You are fine starting with a conversation. Any money is agreed later, in writing, if you both decide to work together.

What you are never asked to do

Some lines are written down so nobody has to wonder.

No marketplace accounts

You will never be asked to open an Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Toptal, or any other account for Julian to use.

No pretending

You never present yourself as the developer, and you never lend your identity to a profile, a contract, or an invoice.

No money in

There is no joining fee, no starter kit, no training to buy, and no quota. If anyone asks you for money in this arrangement, it is not this arrangement.

No recruiting

This is not a downline and not a referral program. Nobody earns money for signing other people up.

Feedback

Smiling people. Straight notes.

Each note has its own picture. The lines are about collaborating. They are not quotes from named people.
