01About these terms

These terms cover the website only. Any partnership is governed by a separate written partner agreement, and any software project by a separate client contract. If either of those conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a job, a franchise, a referral program, a business opportunity for sale, or a promise of income. The site welcomes people who want to collaborate. Any working relationship exists only once both sides sign a written agreement.

03Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to apply for the partnership. You are responsible for making sure that taking part is lawful where you live and work.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or information about other people that you have no right to share;
• use the forms to send spam, advertising, malware, or anything unlawful or abusive;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or its forms;
• scrape, copy, or republish the site’s content in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it;
• present yourself as acting for us, or as our employee, without a signed agreement that says so.

05What you send us

When you send an application or message, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. You allow us to use it to assess your application and respond to you, as described in the privacy policy. Sending an application does not create a partnership, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.

06Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, logo, and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site and print pages for personal reference. You may quote short passages with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission. Photographs are licensed photographs of people at work and are not clients, partners, or endorsements.

07Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
