About
A builder lookingfor a partner.
Julian Szuper runs a small, independent software practice. He is good at the build and honest about the rest, which is why he is opening one seat for someone good in the room.

The short version
I build custom web apps, internal tools, and integrations for small businesses. The work is ordinary in the best way: replacing a spreadsheet a team is tired of emailing around, connecting tools that should already talk to each other, or giving customers a simple way to get something done.
I have been building software for [number of years] and working independently from New York. [one or two sentences on your background: previous roles, industries, or the kind of problems you enjoy solving]
Why a partner
I am looking for one partner who wants to sit in the work with me. That is the #1 seat. I would rather build well, with someone beside me, than turn the practice into a sales operation.
You do not have to bring clients to take the seat. If a client appears, I still do the build and the invoice, and we both earn when they pay. Grow together, earn together.
What I won’t do
I won’t invent case studies, publish a fee I can’t point to, or ask anyone to lend me their name or a marketplace account. I won’t charge you anything to take part. If any of that ever changes, this page will say so.
How I work
Four principles, applied to every client and every partner.
01
Say the true thing first
Timelines, odds, and money are stated plainly on the first page, not discovered on the tenth call.
02
Right-size the work
The smallest change that solves the problem is usually the right one, including telling an owner they don't need anything built.
03
Own the outcome
The contract, the invoice, the code, and the support are all in one name. There is always someone accountable.
04
Pay partners promptly
Seven days from a cleared payment, with a statement. A partnership that is slow to pay is not a partnership.
Grow together, Earn together
If you want to collaborate, you are welcome.
Tell Julian what you want to make together. You do not need clients to refer. It takes about ten minutes.
