I am not a developer. Does that rule me out?

No. The seat is for someone who wants to sit with Julian while he does the technical work. He is on every scoping call, so you are never explaining the build alone.

Is this a job?

No. It is not a job posting and not a commission seat. If you and Julian decide to work together, you agree the terms in writing. Nothing on this site promises income.

How many partners are there?

One commercial seat is open. This is a small practice looking for one good working relationship, not a program recruiting at scale.

Do I have to open accounts or use my name on a platform?

Never. You do not open marketplace accounts, and you do not pretend to be the developer. Julian sends the proposal, signs the contract, and the client pays him.

How much time does it take?

Enough time to sit in the work: regular conversations, and follow-through when a project is moving. There is no quota of introductions. If a client is active, that is typically a few hours a month.

Yes, and most people should. The seat is a working relationship alongside what you already do, not a full-time sales job.

When would I actually receive money?

Within seven days of each client payment clearing. Nothing is owed on a proposal, a meeting, or an introduction that never becomes a paid invoice. The first deal usually takes two to three months.

Then nothing is paid for that introduction. The share is on money received. If they pay later, your share is paid then, on the terms signed before the proposal went out.

Why don't you publish a typical project fee?

Because there is no real invoice to point to yet, and an invented figure would be worse than none. The calculator on the earnings page lets you run the arithmetic on any number you like.

No. There is no fee, kit, course, or quota. Money only ever flows from the practice to you. Anyone asking you to pay to take part is not running this arrangement.

No. Commission is earned on client work only. There is no recruiting bonus and no downline.

Who handles my taxes?

You do. As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own tax and registrations where you live. You will receive a statement with every payment to make that easier.

A one-page partner agreement before any proposal goes out to a client you introduced. It fixes your tier for that client, the rate, the duration, and how payment works. A plain-English summary is on the partner terms page.

Your name is attached to the introduction, so this matters. Every project has a written scope, regular check-ins, documentation, and an agreed support arrangement.
